Thanks Dan - that's super interesting. We keep talking as if all the brands have centralized their budgets, made all the investments they need here and have it all figured out and that's just not the case

Love this analysis. I’ve spoken to CMOs and marketing managers at smaller beverage brands ($1B in annual sales or less) and they’re being tasked with managing at least 5-6 retail media networks - and it’s not like their resources are expanding. Not to mention word that the holdco performance on those networks can be substandard across the board. Puts such a burden on the marketers, and sets unrelaistic expectations that a tier 2 or 3 RMN will be able to expect more from their clients.
